Order Research Request
Brace America will research any order and all orders as requested at the discretion of Brace America.
No order will be researched before the shipping terms the customer placed on original order, meaning.. if you purchase a product and selected ground shipping(Ground shipping takes 7-10 business days) then Brace America will NOT research your order till the 11th business day.
If you would like Brace America to research your order prior to the 11th business day, there is a "Expedited Information Fee" or $20.00 to be charged to the credit card used to placed the order, or a new credit card can be furnished if the customer requests it.
