If you need to return an item, There is a 25% restocking fee for items returned for refund or 15% restocking fee and 85% store credit.
- The products must be with in 5 days of receipt and MUST be in UNWORN and RESALEABLE condition.
- You MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
If you return an item with out the RMA number,
The shipment will be refused or held here with no refund to you, SO PLEASE CALL FIRST.
If the item is returnable, WE WILL accept the item and issue a refund or store credit. Our policy is to help our customers in any way we can. |
